President

Paul is the founder of Paul Diaz Insurance Agency, Inc. After graduating from UCLA in 2001 Paul followed his father’s footsteps and opened his own insurance agency. Since 2001 Paul has helped build PDI into one of the premier insurance agencies in Southern California.

Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also is a member of the UCLA Bruin Varsity Club, Provisors and several charitable organizations.

Rebecca - Becky - Cuevas

Rebeca "Becky" Cuevas serves as the Office Manager & Commercial Lines Account Manager at Paul Diaz Insurance. Having started her career with PDI in 2009, she has been an integral part of the team for 17 years.

Throughout her tenure, Becky has developed deep industry expertise by working her way up from Customer Service Representative to her current leadership role. Today, she specializes in managing large and complex commercial accounts, providing dedicated support and guidance to our business clients.

On a personal note, Becky is married and is the proud mother of a son and a daughter.

Elsa brings 25 years of Commercial Lines knowledge. She started her insurance career with Old Republic Surety Company and has worked with top insurance companies, including niche insurance programs. At PDI Elsa applies her passion and knowledge to assist with their Liquor Store program. Elsa loves to work out, spend time at the gym and take care of her 4lb Maltese Timmy!

Milton Reyes

Milton started his insurance career with Paul Diaz Insurance Agency in 2017 and has never looked back. He joined the team as an intern and has worked his way up to his current role, where he helps Becky and the team with commercial renewals and customer service. Along the way, his work and his team have given him the chance to grow professionally and travel to different parts of the world. A Los Angeles native whose heart belongs to Hawaii, Milton has found growing with the company a rewarding experience — and he looks forward to continuing to help you with your insurance needs.

A Miami native and licensed Florida agent, she's also the proud mom of three teenagers and is always happy to make the insurance process simple, whether you're insuring one property or a growing portfolio.

Mimi entered the insurance field in 2012 with QBE, where she gained valuable experience in commercial lines. In her current role as a Receptionist & Customer Service, she provides essential customer support and contributes to the efficient administration and servicing at PDI. As a work-from-home mother of three, Mimi successfully balances her professional career with her family life. She is also a tennis enthusiast who loves staying active on the court and enjoys preparing new recipes for her family and friends.

Manuela began her career in client operations and executive support over a decade ago, building a strong foundation in data management and professional communication. After earning her insurance license in 2025, she joined PDI in 2026 as a Customer Service Representative, dedicating herself to servicing clients' policies and helping them secure the perfect coverage to protect their most valuable assets. When she isn't assisting clients, she is a proud mother to a wonderful son and they both enjoy traveling together.

Flor Herrera

Flor has been with Paul Diaz Insurance Agency for six months, growing quickly along the way — she started as a receptionist, moved into Personal Lines support, and now helps power our Commercial Lines team. She assists our account managers with certificates, policy issuance, invoicing, audits, inspection requests and recommendations, and the many other day-to-day needs that keep CL running smoothly. Outside of work, Flor is an avid metalhead who loves catching live concerts and gigs. She has a big heart — especially for her family and pandas — and is a firm believer that a little kindness goes a long way.

Lia is the swiss army knife of PDI Risk Insurance Services. She joined the team in November 2024 as a receptionist and quickly grew into her current role managing Operations and providing direct Executive Support to Paul Diaz Jr. From launching new software and streamlining SOPs to managing payroll and recruitment, Lia ensures the agency runs flawlessly behind the scenes. Outside the office, she loves singing karaoke and enjoying cozy movie nights with her husband and son.

Yvette Snyder

Yvette Snyder is responsible for all the accounting needs at PDI. She makes sure all policies and refunds are paid in a timely manner to ensure all clients are rightfully covered.

Yvette comes with accounting experience gained from managing the administrative work of a construction company for 10 years and after that, being the Payroll Manager for a multi-state asbestos/lead removal company for 5 years.

Yvette has a great work ethic and values integrity as an essential character to possess. In her free time, Yvette enjoys all things music and often is seen plucking at the family piano.

Outside of the office, Cecilia enjoys life with her husband, her 20-year-old son, her 13-year-old daughter, and her beloved dog. As a family, they love traveling, sharing good meals together, and watching soccer games.
